including the interview, the time you undressed and the exercises I give you at the end of the treatment.
If you arrive late, there will simply be less time to do your treatment.
Usually the first session is a bit shorter, because the interview is longer.

Each person responds differently to a treatment.
Some people will feel very good after the treatment and will have long term relief.
I prefer to warn you that you may feel a bit sore for two to three days, especially after a deep treatment, then you will start feeling the benefits.
Following the treatment, I will provide you information to minimize any possible pain.
The amount of sessions is relative to your pain and condition. It is dependent on how long the problem started before your consult and what type of treatment you choose.
Usually, a minimum of 2 to 3 sessions are required in the interval of one week each. If you have just hurt yourself or have a stiff neck, one session could possibly be sufficient.
If you have a chronic problem that was not addressed for months or years, it will definitely impact the amount of treatments you will need.
Yes, I provide receipts for insurance or for your taxes.
Available receipts are Massotherapy, Naturotherapy, Kinesitherapy.
Check with your insurance if you need a prescription from a doctor for massage therapy.
If you want to come for kinesitherapy treatments because you have reached your massage therapy maximum limit,
make sure your insurance does not bundle them together, which is usually the case for these types of treatments.
Naturotherapy is typically in its own category, however Blue Cross is known to be more strict and may bundle it with other similar treatments.
I am not a physiotherapist, I cannot make receipts under physiotherapy or any other therapy.
